Cale is no stranger to the lighting industry, having built an impressive career over the past 17 years. He began his journey in 2006 at Independent Electric Supply (IES) in Santa Rosa, where he worked his way up from driving delivery trucks to taking on various roles, including managing lighting projects and serving as Quotations Manager. His last 4-5 years at IES were dedicated to outside sales, where he truly excelled. After his successful tenure at IES, Cale spent 4 years in an outside sales position at Corday Lighting.

Born and raised in Sonoma County, Cale currently lives in Windsor with his two children.

Outside of work, Cale has a passion for BBQ and proudly serves as the pitmaster for an award-winning competition BBQ team. He also enjoys traveling and camping with his family.
